Handing a dozen children over to someone for three hours is not a small thing. For over 20 years we have built a simple, verifiable framework: who supervises, how many children per adult, where the party takes place, and what happens if something goes wrong.
In practice, a Yacasports birthday takes place at Collège Fra-Angelico in Evere, in a fenced park with no car traffic and indoor rooms as a fallback. The group stays with the same coach from start to finish — no rotation of unfamiliar adults mid-party.
Before the event you receive the internal rules and a medical form to fill in: allergies, treatments, emergency contact. It stays with the coach for the whole party.

Our coaches are not students hired by the week. They are qualified youth coaches with diplomas in youth work, sport or education, trained internally year-round and systematically briefed before each birthday.
